Today's youth are highly creative and desire the freedom to personalize their surroundings. They see color as an art, and use color to express their personality. Color cues impact their choice of clothing, food and electronics. The up and coming generation wants all of their products personalized to them, just like their music (iTunes). Now, with Lily, a fresh and relevant new collection from Opus Designs by Hooker Furniture, children, tweens and teens have the freedom to use color to create a bedroom in an endless array of color schemes to reflect their personality. Offered in a clean eggshell white finish, Lily features removable color accent panels on case fronts and beds. The collection is shipped with sets of four color panels, each with two color options for a total of eight color choices:
All four color panels are stored inside the drawers; simply remove the knob and you can slide the panels in and out, mixing and matching, or you can use all the same color to personalize your room. As kids' tastes change and they move into each new stage, they can begin with a childlike confetti of different colors on each drawer front, progress to a sophisticated look of all-midnight accents with a zebra print comforter or chose an all white look for an even more mature color scheme. In addition to color, there are nine functional case pieces that can be combined with six different bed configurations. Some of the functional pieces include a corner desk and hutch that can be bunched with two twin beds, an entertainment chest, vanity tower set and a storage bed. Each of the configurations offered allows youth to create a place for playing, learning and relaxing that will be everyone's favorite place to hang out.
